Product Speeds CT Image Processing

Acceleware Corp., a manufacturer of software to accelerate data processing power, has introduced an image reconstruction application for computed tomography scanners.

The AxRecon product reduces the processing time required for CT image reconstruction from hours to minutes, according to the Calgary, Alberta-based company.
