Turnbull is the 2012 Health Care CIO of the Year

James Turnbull, a 37-year veteran of the American and Canadian health care industries, has been named the CHIME-HIMSS 2012 John E. Gall, Jr. CIO of the Year. Gall pioneered electronic health records at El Camino Hospital in California in the 1960s.
