Health care investment firm Lemhi Ventures, which focuses on health care services companies including information technology, has launched a second fund that will continue that focus.

Lemhi’s first fund invested in ABILITY Network, Recondo Technologies, TransEngen, DRX, OneHealth Solutions and PlanSource, among other companies.

Now, Fund II will continue investments in companies that change how health care services are financed, how health information and transactions are processed and how care is delivered. Its first investment, for $5 million, is in Shareable Ink, a vendor of digital pen technology to capture written text and convert it to structured and codified data.
