Self-Pay App Gets Texas OK

The Texas Medical Association has endorsed the Self-Pay Management Software from nTelagent Inc., Nashville, Tenn.

The endorsement means the Austin-based association's 430 members can purchase the software at discounted pricing.

The vendor's application includes templates to standardize procedures for entering into payment agreements with patients. The system also includes applications to identify and enroll those eligible for charity care.

The Mississippi, Tennessee and South Carolina hospital associations previously endorsed the software. More information is available at ntelagent.com.
