Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Irvine, Calif.-based TC3 sells payer claims management systems that integrate with claims transactions system to identify fraud, waste and abuse; handle out-of-network claims, and provide data analytics and reporting tools.
The acquisition expands Emdeon’s payment integrity product suite.
