Eclipsys Corp. will integrate components of its Sunrise Enterprise suite of hospital applications with the Amalga Unified Intelligence System of Microsoft Corp., Redmond, Wash.
Amalga is advanced data integration and aggregation software. Atlanta-based Eclipsys initially will offer Amalga integrated with its order entry and visual workflow modules. The integration will enhance data aggregation and analysis capabilities, easing the connecting of disparate data repositories and enabling expanded data analytics, according to the vendors.
