BizTech Healthcare Solutions Inc. has introduced ProMed Enabler, which it says enables direct access to stored scanned documents and data in hospital information systems.

The product works with the vendor's ProMed DM document management system. It can enable access in one click or hot-key to e-mail, faxes, transcribed reports, registration data and other information without reentering a patient's name or other identifiers, according to the Piscataway, N.J.-based company.
