Pegasystems Expands Payer Portfolio

Pegasystems Inc. has added an integrated case, disease and utilization software package to its portfolio of products for health insurers.

The Care Management Workflow Framework enables real-time collaboration of various aspects of a patient’s care, while giving the patient a cohesive view of their personal care plans, according to the vendor.

The Cambridge, Mass.-based vendor also offers transactions processing services, and customer relationship management, compliance management, fraud prevention and Web portal software.
