Wolters Kluwer Health, Conshohocken, Pa., and Isabel Healthcare, Reston, Va., have integrated their decision support applications.

Wolters Kluwer Health's Clin-eguide is a Web-based application that's designed to be integrated and used with electronic health records systems. It offers drug reference and other clinical information from various sources.

Isabel Healthcare's Diagnosis Reminder and Knowledge Mobilizing System enables clinicians to enter a patient's signs and symptoms and receive a list of likely diagnoses. By clicking on a diagnosis, clinicians can access treatments and journal abstracts for the condition. The software is offered via an annual subscription and can be interfaced with a number of electronic medical records systems.
