Imaging Web Site Gets More Listings

Advanced Diagnostic Group of Tampa, Fla., a chain of 10 outpatient imaging centers, has become a partner of the consumer-oriented Web site of RemakeHealth Inc., Sunnyvale, Calif.

RemakeHealth recently launched the site to give consumers information about imaging centers to help them chose a facility and schedule an appointment.

The Web site, still in beta, initially is offered in four markets: San Francisco/Bay Area, Orlando/Central Florida, Las Vegas and Phoenix.

The site lists more than 170 imaging centers, including expanded information on 15 “partners” with 43 facilities. The site lists the name, address and telephone number of non-partner facilities. Optional paid services available to partner facilities include advertising and preferred placement.

Consumers can enter insurance information, the type of test needed and the desired date for the imaging exam, then receive a list of facilities able to accommodate the request. Other available information on the site can include prices, hours, certifications and an online calendar showing open time slots.

The site is free for consumers and available at remakehealth.com.
