Monitoring Collectors’ Performance

HDM Breaking News, June 26, 2008

Connance Inc. has introduced technology designed to help hospitals monitor the performance of their collection agencies.

The Waltham, Mass.-based company’s Connance Agency Manager includes a shared database that provides daily updates on the collection status of accounts and actions the agency has taken. “It makes the collector more accountable about their processes and helps build trust,” says David Franklin, chief development officer.
