Representatives from a three-hospital delivery system and a large group practice will discuss the strategic and operational processes they went through to prepare for bundled payments. The presenters are Evan Benjamin, M.D., chief quality officer at Baystate Health System in Springfield, Mass.; and Steven Schutzer, M.D., co-medical director at the Connecticut Joint Replacement Institute in Hartford
