Trials Vendor Gets a Big Deal

Swiss pharmaceutical firm Roche will use enterprisewide the clinical trials management software of Medidata Solutions, New York.

The drug firm will use the software, called Rave, as its core electronic data capture application across its five disease areas: oncology, inflammation, virology, metabolism and central nervous system.

The application will enable global access of clinical trial data to all relevant Roche stakeholders, according to the companies. More information is available at mdsol.com and roche.com.
