Streans was terminated on July 3 following accusations by employees of inappropriate behavior, according to a company statement. “Due to the nature of the accusations, the company terminated his employment with e-MDs immediately.”
David Winn, M.D., founder and chair of e-MDs, now will assume the CEO post.
