New Chubb Insurance Product Targets Health Care

The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies is now offering data breach, crime and fraud coverage to small and mid-sized health care organizations in an eight-product portfolio.

The products include coverage for costs associated with breaches, board and officers liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, crime, kidnap/ransom and extortion, workplace violence, and employed attorneys liability.

The coverage includes access to an online cyber risk management platform, crisis management services following crimes, and partial reimbursement for hiring a Chubb-approved loss prevention consultant.
