Analyzing Billing Information

HART Associates Inc. has launched an application designed to help hospitals and group practices better analyze their billing information.

The vendor's Web-based DAT system integrates with most billing software, as well as practice management and electronic health records systems, to enable analysis of information, including claims denials, provider productivity and payer performance.

The application has a dashboard that resides on the desktop to offer summaries of billing information. Billing personnel then click on the dashboard to enable further analysis to determine the source of revenue problems.
