MEDHOST Inc., a, Addison, Texas-based vendor of emergency department information systems, has introduced new software that enables hospitals to post current ED wait times on their Web sites.
The Care Clock feature uses real-time data from the MEDHOST EDIS application to display wait times. The clock is compatible with version 3.4 or higher of the emergency system and works with current versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome browsers.
