Waltham, Mass.-based Osprey Software Solutions, a developer serving multiple industries, has launched an enterprise compliance management system to automate conflict of interest reporting at health care provider and research organizations.

The Osprey COI RiskManager uses reporting practices and best practices at Partners HealthCare System as the application model. Partners, a development partner, tested the software for three years.

The Web-based software is designed to report and proactively identify potential conflict of interest issues, says Scott McNeal, director of research enterprise applications at Partners. The software includes interactive forms and questionnaires that can be fitted to an organization's own processes by placing questions into custom workflow templates, according to the vendor.
