Analytics and Consulting Firms Unite Via an Acquisition

Irvine, Calif.-based Analytix On Demand, which sells clinical/financial data analytics applications for health care providers and payers, has acquired revenue cycle management consulting firm Integrated Revenue Management Inc. for an undisclosed sum.


Irvine, Calif.-based Analytix On Demand, which sells clinical/financial data analytics applications for health care providers and payers, has acquired revenue cycle management consulting firm Integrated Revenue Management Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

The combined companies will be renamed CentraMed and headquartered in Irvine. Vik Torpunuri, CEO of Analytix On Demand, is the CEO of CentraMed, with Kathleen Craig, who was CEO at Carlsbad, Calif.-based Integrated Revenue Management, serving as executive vice president of solutions.

Integrated Revenue Management, with more than 100 hospital clients, offers a range of consulting services covering coding, performance management, physician services, recovery audit contractor, clinical documentation, revenue cycle analytics and revenue cycle department evaluation, among others. It also offers nearly a dozen related educational services.

Analytix On Demand, now CentraMed, offers data analytics hosted via the Internet to guide health care organization as they make structural reforms to tie payment to quality care measures and outcomes, develop best practices, respond to declining reimbursement, and identify clinical, financial and operational variances.
