CareFusion has introduced a remotely hosted analytics dashboard application to enable review of metrics and actionable data from its medication administration, anesthesia and infusion information systems.
The CareFusion Knowledge Portal and Analytics Services can help address such issues as inventory management, patient safety, and asset utilization, according to the San Diego-based vendor. A provider, for instance, can find out which medications are not being used and free up space in cabinets for medications in heavy use.
