The American Academy of Family Physicians now is offering its professional networking site, called Delta-Exchange, at no charge to AAFP members.

The academy represents more than 100,000 physicians and medical students, and the networking site hosts about 3,500 who have been paying $30 a month or an annual up-front fee of about $165. Now the site is free for all members, with nonmembers continuing to pay $30 a month.

Delta-Exchange includes content on numerous practice transformation issues and hosts regular Web seminars. It also offers customizable forms and templates, file sharing and online access to experts. More information is available at aafp.org/dx.
