As a prospective customer of Allscripts, our medical group system team had a great deal of difficulty in getting confirmation of good results from other doctors on Allscripts after sales training and service. They (Allscripts) grossly understated training, their pricing was difficult to pin down, and without that,, there was no way we could develop any tangible ROI for the investment required. Their problem is simple, but obvioulsy too complex for them to solve. THey grew to fast in sales and could not get a reliable support structure behind those fast sales.
