Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Scranton, Pa.-based Diversified had 2009 revenue of about $40 million and Benson, N.C.-based Bowman had approximately $6.5 million in revenue. Bowman has 160 customers in the southeast United States.
Diversified in October 2009 acquired Raleigh, N.C.-based Active Data Services, which also offers similar services. More information is available at diversifiedweb.com.
