Functions for providers include claims posting, claim status, preventive denials management, claim validation/correction, and reviewing of accounts, among others.
Functions for payers include claim auditing, error validation, mass adjudication, authorization reconciliation, and applying rules, state guidelines and claims adjustments, among others.
