Streamline Health to Buy Interpoint

Document imaging and management vendor Streamline Health Solutions will acquire data analytics and reporting firm Interpoint Partners LLC for $5 million, with a future contingency payment based on financial performance.

Cincinnati-based Streamline Health's AccessAnyWare document management system is certified as an EHR Module for meeting certain electronic health records meaningful use criteria. The company also sells support software, including release of information and remote chart access modules.

Atlanta-based Interpoint Partners serves hospitals and physician practices with software designed to optimize revenue cycle management, benchmark physician performance and improve patient satisfaction.
