Terms were not disclosed, but Conifer, which provides outsourced services, expects the Dell line of business to contribute $85 million in “incremental” annual revenues. Dell has 800 revenue cycle management employees serving 34 health care customers and will transfer them to Conifer during the next 12 months. The combined entity will process 10 million patient accounts annually, worth $21 billion.

Under the agreement, Dell also will bring additional technology and processing capabilities to Conifer that will result in new cost efficiencies. Conifer also provides care management services covering more than three million lives.
