Terms of the acquisition--excluding an immediate $13.5 million capital infusion into Wichita, Kan.-based Pulse, but including additional payments over two years for meeting certain financial milestones--will not exceed $58 million.
The current management of Pulse will remain, as will the Wichita headquarters and offices in Boston, Dallas, and Kansas City, Mo. Pulse will use the capital infusion to increase research and development, and sales and marketing initiatives.
