Firm Expands Medicare Audit Services

Care Communications Inc., a health information management consulting and staffing firm, has added software to manage the Medicare Recovery Audit Contractor program to its portfolio.

The Chicago-based firm will use software of Cobius Healthcare Solutions, Northbrook, Ill. The software assists in detecting error patterns, documenting compliance and managing appeals, according to the companies.
