NextGen Gets Arkansas Clients

Practice Plus, a Little Rock, Ark.-based management services organization serving more than 200 physicians in 70 practices, will use clinical and administrative software from NextGen Healthcare Information Systems.

The MSO provides management, billing and information technology services to the practices. It will use the Horsham, Pa.-based vendor’s practice management software for billing and administrative functions. Practice Plus also will remotely host NextGen’s EHR, document imaging/management and patient Web portal software products for use by about half of its physician clients.
