Clarian Health has implemented in four hospitals the Synapse picture archiving and communication system of FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA, Stamford, Conn.

The Indianapolis-based delivery system will deploy the system enterprisewide. Synapse replaces a legacy PACS from GE Healthcare, Waukesha, Wis.

Clarian Health has the second largest radiology residency program in the nation. Radiologists at the delivery system interpret more than a million exams each year.

More information is available at clarian.org and fujimed.com.
