PSC Info Group has introduced a suite of software to support telephone-based communications between provider organizations and patients.

The CallerExpress suite enables the recording and generation of automated telephone calls to patients urging them to pay their balances, according to the Valley Forge, Pa.-based vendor. Use of interactive voice response technology enables patients to hear account balances and payment histories, and make debit or credit card payments. Patients also can be transferred to billing staff.

Providers also can make calls asking for data to support denied or pended claims, and confirming appointments.

Details are available at pscinfogroup.com.
