The HIMSS association hes developed a dashboard that provides information about HIT activities in each state via a point-and-click map.

The information on the dashboard lists activity in Beacon Communities, self-reporting health information exchanges, and federally supported Regional Extension Centers. It also visually highlights hospitals that have achieved Stage 7 on the HIMSS Analytics EHR adoption scale, the location of Davies Awards recipients and HIMSS chapter information.

The dashboard can be accessed at http://www.himss.org/statedashboard/ and also provides links for HIEs and other initiatives to self-report information.
