Eclipsys Rolls Out New Apps

Eclipsys Corp. has launched an online networking community for users of its hospital and physician information systems.

The Atlanta-based vendor announced the site, called Eclipsys Communities, during its annual user conference.

The company also introduced Eclipsys PeakPractice, its Web-based, integrated physician practice management and electronic health records software from recently acquired MediNotes Corp., Wes Des Moines, Iowa.
