C. Martin Harris, M.D., the CIO at the Cleveland Clinic, will be a featured speaker at Health Data Management’s Health IT Summit. The conference, to be held Sept. 17-18 in Boston, will focus on how to qualify for federal incentive payments for implementing comprehensive electronic health records.

Harris will participate in a panel discussion on linking EHRs with personal health records. Also on the panel is Steven Fox, a vice president of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

The Summit will offer timely updates on the details of the economic stimulus package as well as expert insights on how to implement comprehensive EHRs on a tight deadline.
