Consulting Firm Changes Hands Again

Aptive Technology Partners LLC, a health care I.T. consulting firm that has changed names and owners several times in the past 25 years, has another new owner.

The consulting firm is becoming a unit of HighPoint Solutions LLC, King of Prussia, Pa. HighPoint provides business consulting, systems integration and professional services, including onsite I.T. staffing.  In addition to health care, the firm provides services to the pharmaceutical and financial services industries.

Aptive, which has offices in Chevy Chase, Md., and Indianapolis, Ind., formerly was known as Proxicom, Daou Systems Inc. and TMI. It has more than 50 consultants and $10 million in annual revenue.
