Sheridan is AHIMA President-Elect

Patty Thierry Sheridan has been elected president-elect of the Chicago-based American Health Information Management Association. AHIMA is a national association of HIM department leaders, coders and transcriptionists. Sheridan is president of Care Communications, an HIM consulting and staffing firm. Her term as president-elect will begin in 2011 followed by a one-year stint as president in 2012.
