Speakers include Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson; former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, now founder of the Center for Health Transformation in Washington; Gro Harlem Brundtland, M.D., former Director-General of the World Health Organization; Tom Wolfe, social commentator and author; and Aron Ralston, a mountaineer who amputated his arm last April when trapped under a boulder in a Utah canyon.
