McKesson Corp. has introduced data analysis software to enable medical records department managers to track the performance of their operations.

The Horizon Patient Folder Analytics software is a dashboard management tool that can show chart delinquency and incompletion trends, missing documentation, incomplete coding and other backlogs that impede the revenue cycle process, according to the vendor.

San Francisco-based McKesson will demonstrate the software during the American Health Information Management Association’s annual conference next week in Philadelphia. More information is available at mckesson.com.
