Indiana Hospital Picks GE for PACS

Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Ind., will implement a picture archiving and communications system from GE Healthcare, Waukesha, Wis.

Contract terms for the Centricity PACS SE product for community hospitals and imaging centers were not disclosed.

The 166-bed hospital will interface the PACS with its clinical information system from Medical Information Technology Inc., Westwood, Mass. The hospital performs more than 47,000 annual radiology procedures. More information is available at gehealthcare.com.
