Four New Deals for PACS Vendor

DR Systems Inc. has announced four new hospital contracts for its picture archiving and communications system. The contracts each are valued at more than $1 million with a total value of nearly $5 million.

New clients for the San Diego-based vendor are: 126-bed Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, Wash.; 247-bed Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Melrose Park, Ill.; 97-bed Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake, N.Y.; and 95-bed United Community Hospital in Grove City, Pa.

All the facilities except United Community use hospital information systems from Medical Information Technology Inc., Westboro, Mass. DR Systems has interfaced its PACS with Meditech systems at more than 35 other hospitals. For more information, visit dominator.com.
