Mark Krolick leads the Marketing and Product Development division within United Airlines.� This includes leading all consumer marketing activities such as advertising and brand management, direct marketing and social media efforts as well as product research and development for the airline.� In this role, Mark has built a strong marketing program and analytical foundation including consumer-focused and analytics-driven marketing expertise and a leading brand campaign for United.Prior to United, Mark spent eight years at Delta Air Lines, where he worked in Marketing Communications, Direct Marketing & CRM, Route Planning and Revenue Management.� He has also worked as a Database Marketing Consultant for the Affinity Group Services division of Marsh & McLennan.
