John Durrant�s career encompasses 15+ years of experience leading teams at several Fortune 500 financial services institutions. Following early roles at JPMorgan Chase, MBNA, and Barclay�s, John joined Bank of America�s card business where he held successive positions leading strategy, marketing analytics, pricing and credit. After transitioning to Retail Banking, John eventually served as Head of the Small Business Banking segment where he led the development of overallbusiness strategy, established corporate-wide performance objectives and determined the strategic investmentsrequired to profitably grow a portfolio of 4.5 million small business customers. After Bank of America, John served as Executive Director of Commercial Banking & Lending Product for Morgan Stanley Private Bank, where he was responsible for the commercial banking and lending solutions for High Net Worth clients of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.John joined Capital One Bank in May 2011 to lead the Small Business Banking segment. After two years in that role, John moved into his current role leading Capital One�s Local Consumer Banking segment.John holds an Executive M.B.A. from the Duke University, Fuqua School of Business and a B.B.A. from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida.
