Alec Cheung oversees product planning and management, internal and external marketing communications, brand management, and public relations. As a member of the management team, he is responsible for positioning eLynx’s growth strategy and for developing opportunities in new and existing markets through industry and customer insight as well as strategic marketing of products and solutions.�Cheung brings to eLynx extensive experience providing leadership in B2B marketing. He has a proven track record of linking marketing strategy with tactics to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth. Prior to eLynx, Cheung was with Convergys for 11 years where he held a variety of high-level marketing and communications roles, including product marketing/management, client satisfaction measurement, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, and employee communications. Most recently, he was senior director of marketing responsible for assessing existing and potential markets, building relationships with key market influencers, and tracking market intelligence and customer sentiment.�Prior to Convergys, Cheung worked in marketing for a CRM software startup, in e-procurement consulting at Deloitte, and in public accounting for KPMG. Cheung earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from UCLA.�
