Greg has been on the staff since 1998. He formerly served as editorial director, managing editor, news editor, senior editor and associate editor. Greg has 14 years of experience. Previously, he was editor of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers newspaper and a community newspaper reporter.

Howard J. Anderson,, Executive Editor
The founding editor of the magazine and former publisher, Howard took on the newly created role of Executive Editor in 2006. In this role, he writes in-depth stories for the magazine, serves as a featured speaker at industry events, and coordinates special projects, including the Health Data Management Clinical Automation Summit, a conference slated for September 17-18 in Chicago. Howard has 30 years of journalism experience, primarily at health care magazines.

Joe Goedert, News Editor
Joe takes the lead role in generating news for Health Data Management's award-winning Web site. He also coordinates the magazine’s news coverage. Before joining the magazine in 1998, he was editor of a sister publication, Health Data Network News, which was replaced by the magazine's Web site. He has 21 years of journalism experience, including service as editor of a political newsletter in Michigan.

Beckie Kelly Schuerenberg, Senior Editor
A senior editor since 2001, Beckie joined the staff in 1999 as associate editor. In her 12 years as a journalist, Beckie also has been features editor and managing editor of two other magazines and a reporter for several daily newspapers.
